The intent of the website is to do this by stimulating reasonable and meaningful conversation among all voters despite their political affiliation and encouraging them to always vote; not just in the Presidential elections.  The ultimate purpose is not to just have all eligible voters to always vote but to have them to vote based on the political record of these elected officials and not based on sound bites and who can most afford to dominate the airwaves during election cycles.
